DELIVERY

1. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then as soon as reasonably possible (depending on the delivery service you have selected). In any event, delivery will take place no more than 30 days after the day your Contract is entered into.
2. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox or left in a safe place, after three failed attempts, we may end the contract and clause 12 will apply.
3. Delivery of your order will be complete when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us or they are picked up in-store, and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.
4. You will own the Products once we have received payment in full.
5. The images of the Products on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to display and print the colors of the Products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the pictures, or the pictures in our other advertising materials, accurately reflect the colors of the products that will be delivered to you.

SWITZERLAND SHIPPING

• Standard parcels (up to 5 kg): CHF 7.95
• Oversized items, including skis (5-20 kg): CHF 25
• Free shipping on orders over CHF 50
• Delivery in 2-4 business days via Swiss Post with tracking

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EU)

If you order Products from us for delivery to a destination outside of Switzerland:

1. Standard parcels (up to 5 kg): CHF 25
2. Free shipping on orders over CHF 100
3. Delivery in 5-10 business days
4. Skis and oversized items cannot be shipped internationally
5. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
6. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
7. If you return any Products to us from a destination outside of Switzerland, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording "Return to supplier" or wording having a similar effect.

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return your products starting from the day you receive your order.

• Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Products must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Products returned without the original product tag, or with a damaged product tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items sent by us — in which case we will cover return shipping.
• Final Sale items may not be returned.

Silver Sport monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or return behavior.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If you have an account, please log in and contact us via the Customer Service form with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include photos and the reason for your return.

If you do not have an account, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number, photos, and the reason for the return.

You may also bring your return directly to our Gstaad or Rougemont store.

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return request. Once your request is validated, we will send you instructions for shipping the item(s) back to Silver Sport at your chosen carrier and cost.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 business day of receipt of the returned item(s). Depending on your card provider, funds may take several additional days to appear on your statement.
